Are all Areas implementing this or just this area?

Did Garland Namen Forrest move down to 5A this year? I know they have struggled to make area the past few years in 6A but always loved watching them. They were a small band for 6A but could tell they worked just as hard as any other school.

Great tune up for state. Could see many of these bands in San Antonio.

Haven’t seen either but based on past 2 years, both could make a run!

Can’t remember if Rockwall went last year but know they went 2 years ago. It’s a great venue and agree, this could be anyone’s day.

What district is Emerson? Are they a “newer” school? Rockwall’s visuals are going tobe impressive

Weird. Rockwall Heath was supposed to be there performing last. As of this morning, RHS director was saying they would try to be back in stadium to support Heath after their run. Hmmm

I can see this unfolding this way. Can also see Lakeview competing for 3rd spot. Really enjoying Rockwall’s show but to be fair, Hebron James High is Hebron James 😂

Hope I get to see them. Rockwall goes around 7:15pm is, so may only get to see the last handful of bands this time around.

Pretty much. Think they get a rating and announce a top 3 in class and caption awards (cough cough usually hebron across board). But yes, you are correct, this is a one march performance.

A few years ago, all the bands were waiting in the stands when all of a sudden, the RHS OWB started filing out before results announced. Turned out they had secured the last spot in finals and were going to be first to march and had to go warm up.
