Things that suck: Having to tell your head director that you're missing Solo and Ensemble State because you'll be in Germany during that time. Needless to say, it wasn't pretty.

I'm going to Germany as an exchange student this year for 3 weeks. It's going to be so freaking AWESOME! Sadly, Germany dosn't have the same school system that we have, so they don't have band or sports in them.
