Seeing this band since my freshman year, seeing those old 70s and 80s videos. I knew this band would win GNs before I graduate. Seeing them every year and seeing them in a rare rehearsal just makes me think how dang lucky I am to see this band live so many times. Its definitely something I will always remember and cherish so many memories of them.

I love TXA 21 but good god, they dont know the definition for a good band. All they are looking for is the band with the most entertainment and thats the DISD/FWISD schools except for just a handful

Military bands are amazing. I wish I could march just once military style. They are my favorite type of marching to watch. -

Thank you, appreciate it. -
May I ask a question, I submitted updated information on some bands like about 5-7 weeks ago, sometimes 3 or 4 times and they aren't updated yet. May I ask why?

2007 Duncanville Marching Invitational

True, true. It wasn't an upset for you but for me it was, Westlake didn't seem that powerful in finals like in prelims, and I thought Wylie was going to run away with it. Thats my opinion and you have your opinion so I respect that. -

Underdog. They were a band from Austin that hardly half the audience knew about and BAM! They beat out Keller and Wylie. I was sitting with Summit with Westlake right beside us and I could tell they were shocked about their win also judging by their puzzled faces, but Congratulations Westlake -

If I am wrong, then why don't you go ahead and correct me with your list. That is what I got and if indeed you are right, then I apologize for my ignorance on that issue. Besides, some lame "prelim performance order" list or a "placement order prelim" list are not that important anyway, its Finals that counts, right? -

I want to know the same thing, my mouth just dropped and you could tell the audience was in shock. Westlake's win was an upset IMO. -

I love the way you put that in a really rude way. Sarcastic much? I expected better, if not, positive comments, especially from a parent. Even posters who are 15 and 16 would never say that, and it shows the maturity you are placing. I'm becoming more interested in this topic by all the negative comments and defending each other, etc. 4A State will be more of a dogfight the way I'm seeing it. -
I love this time of year. 65 degree practices. but Im going to survive on just my letterman for Duncanville Marching Invitational, I remember last year it was COOOLD! btw, anyone care to give me a ride to DMI, I just live like 5-10 minutes away.

Ugh, what a terrible heartbreaker. I know if I was a part of Springtown, it would take me weeks to get over it. That was a terrible heartbreaker. I feel them. -

Mansfield SUMMIT also incorporated the Soulja Boy dance. 1 band doing it, is cool, but a 1000 bands, its insane and annoying. Hmm. I hate it. -

If youre interested Terminator, you may search for any DISD school on youtube and you may find some of their videos on there. I believe they already had their DISD/FWISD battle of the bands...I think. .
