bluebellbrass07 Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Lots of Whitacre on the field this year. Quote
mbui Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 I am REALLY excited about the Seattle Cascades show. Not only do I love Bela Bartok's Second String Quartet but Eric Whitacre's Lux Aurumque is my favorite piece, ever. After what L.D Bell did with it this past year....it gives me tears every time I hear it. No joke. Looking forward to seeing the Cascades at the Southwestern Regional! Quote
bluebellbrass07 Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Yeah I know what you mean, i wonder if they will do it for their ballad or like a ramped up version like Bell did this year. Quote
