You really only vote -1. You have to vote two different bands as -1 so the plus offsets the minus vote for your + vote.

So your vote would be Reagan +, Leander -, Reagan - OR just Leander -

After much hard work and evaluation I was able to get the formula to work to allow a negative for Reagan.   I can show you how if you want

Yes sorry for the confusion it's still +1, -1 -1 but the extra minus offsets the score. If it's easier it can just be -1 that way no algebra has to go into voting for bands

I’m too old to learn, but thanks for the offer. Confusing the vote was a good offense while it lasted... too many Leander voters to think it could last!
