BlinK Day 41
I really love the arrangement for wind band and I'm interested in hearing the choral arrangement too. Does anyone have a recording of it?
acsc1312
wind arrangement is better IMO...choral doesnt have that much of a climax
TRtrumpet
I don't have it, but I think it would be pretty cool to have. By the way, whas't "IMO" mean? I've never figured that out.

mbui
Like someone said earlier...the choral version of "Lux Aurumque" is a bit different than the Wind Ensemble version. The climaxes are different. The climax of the Wind Ensemble version is from Eric Whitacre's electronic opera "Paradise Lost."
Montoya
You can hear the Brass Ensemble arrangement of Lux Aurumque here: BCM Forums you have to register as a member in order to download. As for the choral version, there are two great recordings out: BYU and Polyphony
