Anthony V Posted September 14, 2025 Posted September 14, 2025 No real surprises for me at the top. I'm always blown away at how consistently amazing Marcus's percussion is. I'm also Impressed with V.R. Eaton's placement. But yikes, Richland 🫣. I keep forgetting that Little Elm moved up to 6A. It would have been interesting to see where they would have placed in 6A advanced, and now it's making me curious about how they will do at Area J (and perhaps finals?). (Also, I wish they would indicate on the recap sheet which ensembles actually have cymbal lines so I can make sense of the caption award! But that is just me being cranky.) Quote
Percplayer19 Posted September 16, 2025 Posted September 16, 2025 I hear you Anthony on Richland. I’ve been with Richland since 2007 and have been in some hard times the last 4-5 years. But you keep supporting them and hope we can turn this around. The current group you saw only 1 senior so have a lot of growing to do . Quote
