Is Having A Girlfriend/Boyfriend Overrated?

Well.... alls I have to say. Love is undescribible... and no one should doubt a person for what they feel. It may seem silly for someone to say they aren't going to last. I don't think its right to correct peoples feelings. You don't know how they feel, so so what if you may not think its love. In my opinion, I don't believe in the 'true love' for life thing. It's just impossible. -

Hahaha, I really like that name. Rainbow.. Kool stuff. -
I saw Martin will always be good. I personally think Round Rock's drumline is going to be better. Apparently, we are getting some good freshmen next year. We are only losing a couple of seniors too. Soo, it's going to be exciting.

What can you say? About the love thing.. I do believe in love in high school. In fact, that's probaly when you feel the strongest about a person. This is because you are a teenager and your emotions are high. Like you said though, the lack of maturity does put an effect on how a relationship lasts. It's terrible that people always degrade teenage love. Think about in the old days, people used to get married at 12 and stay married for life. Alls, I have to say.. That love is beautiful. I have a huge feeling I am in love. I can't really descibe it in words. I can only describe it in actions. Why do you say its soo hard? -

I am guilty of this, but I have completely grown out of it. However, I agree with the overratedness in high school, but dating is fun in high school. I have to say though, I am in a steady relationship. We have only got in one fight. It was about how I didn't want to eat lunch because I was pissed off. Silly, yes... But that was it. I am not even sure if that is considered a fight. So its overrated for the people who just like to hook up for the physical benefits, Which I have no problem with. I love to make out! -
HAHA, I totally agree with Dynasty.. Because.. You really can't just make out with anyone. lol Well, I am sure you can, but I won't do that because they might have some desease or something.. That's just gross!!

Okay, all upper bands in front of us got straight ones.. However, my band got 122 on stage.. and straight 1's on sightreading. Now my excuse on our performance.... Well, first of all we went like 2nd, I believe, in our category. That doesn't give the judges time to develop standards. I am sure many people have been in our position. I prefer to go last or next to last.. One of the positions because the judges have a good idea on what a band deserves. I honestly with all my opinion..and in my eyes we got straight ones because I believe that was the best performance. I am so glad how well we did. It's amazing how far each band has gotten. I still remember when we couldn't even play the first 10 measures of Canarios.. Good times..This year will always be cherished. -
I find being Drum Major not a waste of time. I don't think I want the responsibility a Drum Major has though. I agree with the smaller section..and if I was DM, then I wouldn't be able to march without marching.... I'll just be a fat blob. That's nasty. Anyways, We had our RL/DM meeting today. It looks like the tryouts are going to be harder this year...still not afraid.

I would have to say our percussionist too. They did get 4th at Lonestar. That's pretty impressive in my eyes. They also won every percussion caption we got our hands on, so yeah. Rock Drums are rockin'. -
It's superb. I love it. I think I will print it out and post it on my computer. okay, maybe not. But didn't it make you feel special?
-
Most of us keep contact through myspace anyway.. I guess that's another way we can find stuff out like this.

Heh, I feel silly now. I completely forgot to say what we do at our thing. Well, pretty much the week before we do our whole drum major and rank leader tryouts thing, then at at the banquet the announce who won. We then eat food, duh! Then we watch a movie that the Historians made. Last year's video was awesome. It was really good. People usually where their prom dresses to it too. They bring all their family and good stuff. Then the awards are giving out..Pretty much the same as y'alls. I love it last year. I can't wait to go again this year. This time I will have a date with a percussionist.. OOH RIIGHT!! Clarinets and them percussionist. What can I say? :-P
-
You can get one in almost any local CD store. I got mine at Hastings.
-
Soo...Our Banquet is on the 4th. It's going to be soo fun! When's y'alls? If soon, I think we should all take pictures of them and post them on this furom. I am slightly curious on how each banquet is different. >.> What do you all do there and stuff? Get what I am saying???

Oh dear!! How can I forget to put this movie on my list?!! I feel ashamed. I think I need a hug. I LOVE THIS MOVIE. One of my favorite parts of the movie is when the lead anchor guy played by, umm, I can't remember his name, but I know he played Brick on Anchorman, was making all those noises. OMG!! I laughed so loud at that part. Of course!! The tomatoe soup scene. Also, I liked his way of getting ready for some 'cuddling'. The clothes just swwooosh off. HAHA, soo funny.

I think its because I haven't been on lately. I would say I used to be a post ****, but now... There isn't much to talk about now. I guess the word thingy is the only thing that almost everyone can relate to. It just doesn't die! I don't do it because I find it worthless. Sorry guys!!! What can I say?
-
*Ahem* Excuse me? This is probaly the coolest show ever! It's a Halo 2 parody. *sp?* Really funny.
