We have the whole band together 1st period, and the drumline/pit meets 7th period.

I have never really had a bad bus ride lol, I love riding in the busses.

At Midland HS.... 5 snares 2 tenors 4 bass drums 5 cymbals NO idea on the pit lol

Drugs

I have recently discovered that if you dont play loud, you are not comfortable enough with the notes. Take a note and do all types of things to it. Bend it as sharp as possible, as flat as possible, flutter tongue it, do whatever, just get more comfortable with it.

The other band played the same songs we did every time we played. Too bad we always played them better ><

Meh, think I am gonna have to go with Langham Creek on this one. Haltom is good, but Langham Creek is better.

Fossil Ridge, Haltom, Lake Highlands, Langham Creek, Robert E. Lee, Martin, P-ville, Plano East are all exceptional marching bands. I dont know much about the others.

Hey there, fellow trumpet Trumpet - Bach Strad(OMG SO RARE) Mouthpiece - 1C, recently switched from 3C Range - Pedal Db to High E Chair - 1st for awhile, 2nd now that I have my braces off, now I can play to a high Bb if I try . Ah well, I will get there. I am thinking about learning to play french horn personally. Will probably be hard as heck, but I have always loved the sound of the french horn.

Air

Today for our workout, we ran .5 miles, did 15 timed pushups, 70 jumping jacks, and the thing where your legs up while you are laying on the ground, I dont know the name. It was pretty painful

Allen High has well over 500. They are going to the rose bowl this year I believe.

We are getting a new band hall actually. Its not done atm, but it is really close

Trumpet music is alright. Maybe its just me, but this music is twice as hard as last year lol.

Midland High's is pretty good, not the greatest, but pretty good.

I have heard Midland High is about 320 strong this year, but we will be marching about 180 not inluding guard.

SCV's show is a really really cool show in my opinion, they just got to pull it together now. The Cavalier's show is, as yall have said already, really clean. I saw the Cadets show for the first time, and maybe it was just me, but I wasnt all that impressed. I like the blue devils as well, but who doesnt love crazy high trumpets playing every 2 minutes.
