hes right, I competed at 4A, the random draw is for the same bands that are in that, for example if mineola and whitesboro is top 5, and mineola drew first, then they would announce mineola, therefore giving whitesboro a later time

when is finals results?

There is lots of bands who do this, don't ever count anyone out, I know that canton got 4th at area in prelims and finals, and historically they are state medalists, or close to it
