woah woah, no disrespect but can Pasadena Memorial really pull that off??

I just heard there was a Hydrogen Sulfide leak from a Refinery at Deer Park that's already killed one person, and has spread to Pasadena, La Porte, and Pearland. Most of the bands, and Deer Park were most likely rehearsing at the time that this leak started... Let's hope they are ok, and everybody else in Pasadena and Deer Park, La Porte, and Pearland.

Oh yeah absolutely. I'm surprised they got the music caption at their last contest, but not visuals. It's very weird. It sounds like it's getting better, the volume is there, now can we hear colors, and intonation? It's just is everybody pushing air correctly? Or are we forcing it. After Baytown definite improvement from Alvin, but we have to hear more improvement this Saturday. Because I know they know that it's harsh, because of the in detail scores of their first contest now it's time to apply what they've learnt. Or they are at jeopardy

This is going to be a thriller! With Pasadena Memorial and Clear Falls going head to head, both coming off first place results last saturday! Pasadena Memorial performing early In prelims, giving the advantage to Clear Falls. Both bands are really gonna have to clean clean this week, to get the edge on eachother! Don't leave out bands like Barbers Hill, Porter, Dobie, La Porte, Deer Park. They are most likely going to compete for the battle of third, but who knows somebody could sneak into second!

Not enough sam rayburn high school in any of these lists. Like how you gonna leave the school who went to state in 1980-1983 4 times consecutively. Like they still got that dawg in them and could beat pearland. Ignore the last 40 years that's irrelevant

Well, last week after Shenandoah I did my opinion of power rankings of that week. Im trying to weekly rank them so after yesterday I only looked at BOA Webster. If anything though, I most likely got Stephen F Austin wrong because they didn't compete. Mostly the bands I ranked last week, where at BOA Webster though. And I just wanted to build how it's been changing week from week. I understand it's not accurate.

Here are the finals scores. The Baytown Regional website was updated. Prelims is on there too. All I know is that Pasadena Memorial had a 1.1 point gap in prelims and it shortened to just a 1 point gap in finals. I've heard from people who were there that, today was a very unorganized contest... They are literally remodeling the building and the clock for bands to set up/peform wasn't able to be seen by marchers, Other than that reports of terrible announcer quality like, not being able to really hear the announcer, and the apparent announcement of literally Tomball Memorial into finals when they weren't even there, they meant Tomball. It was later corrected. Apparently finals don't announce scores anymore like 89.5 or something just placements now? I didn't know usbands changed that. Other than I really think Usbands can choose a better stadium, and staff. Baytown is not it. Proud of bridge city, long drive to perform, and they did very well.

Haven't seen the prelims recap, but I know Pasadena Memorial got first in group V which is the highest class, so that means they won prelims most likely. They got the Music Caption, Visual, and Percussion. Lost colorguard to Barbers Hill who came in second. third was Clements. Finals should be interesting.

Yeah idk what he's on about but Ridge Point has a definite shot a whole lot of schools who havent made finals have a shot. It just depends on how bad you want it, and are willing to work for it. Take for example the only band to change the top 10 since 2018 last year being Pasadena Memorial, those kids wanted it bad, and their program got 11th 2 times and 12th 2 other times and they wanted in. Ridge Point wants in on the action, and so do a lot of bubble schools in that bubble. If those schools who always make finals sleep, those schools who haven't are ready to take advantage. It's Area E

Cloud 9 right? I agree! I watched it live on Saturday Ridge Point has a program that resonated very well with the audience. This program deserved to be talked about more! My only concern is how good are all of these programs going to get, because everybody is bringing in the heavy artillery for their shows this year.

You can tell they are trying to put the effort out there to do better, and it's showing! All I'm saying it's that they most likely won't place last.
