I apologize it’s 7. There was 9 when they all started in 7th grade together.

Hopefully they can keep the momentum going with the guard because they will graduate 9 senior color guard members this year.

They don’t have any other 8th graders this year besides 2 color guard members. They had a few front ensemble members a few years ago. I don’t know that they have ever had an 8th grader actually march and play.

Yes, they were amazing. We won the division but did not make finals. I have not heard what place we ended in.

There was a video, but it won’t be posted till after middle school band banquet tonight. And yes, it’s going in a very different direction than what Lumberton has ever done.

I know that we won our division, but I’m not 100% sure what we placed. I’ve heard we placed 16th but I have not been able to verify that

I know region 10 is this Saturday . That’s gonna be your bands like Silsbee ,Bridge City, Lumberton, Little Cypress Mariceville, Jasper, and Livingston.

The only other one on their schedule is a local one at PNG on October 5 and of course the normal UIL. And yes, we are all very very excited for the show this year. I have seen the garden uniforms and I love them. I can’t share them yet, but I love them. They also have a bigger guard this year than they’ve had the last couple. Very, very excited.

According to Lumberton’s Band calendar They will be attending as well

So now that we know whos advancing to area what are t thoughts on who’s going to advance to state 1) North Lamar 2) Lumberton 3) Sulpher springs 4) Paris 5) Bridge City

Do we have results for Region 10 yet… I know a few but was wondering about the rest

It’s gonna be a tight race between Lumberton, Sulpher Springs, and North Lamar, I would love to see Lumberton come out on top.
