I’m a Hendrickson fan after seeing their performance last year with the train. This year started off kind of “eh” for me when I saw them in Austin. This was more like the energetic performance that I LOVE about Hendrickson and exactly what sets them apart. Was SO glad to see they were leaning back into the energy and seemed to have found their groove since Austin. Pleasantly surprised

No surprises for finales. Happy to see Permian on there, they really brought it this afternoon!

Update: Hendrickson was much better than when I saw them in Austin, so they are at the top for me too.

I think there is one band left but so far, I’ve liked Mustang and Loveland but neither were as strong as I thought they would be. This year seems off with marching; even watching Vandegrift in Austin last week (historically always clean sweep), they slightly missed the mark.

This one really surprised me!

They were great, not sure I would put them above some of the other 5As that did well tonight (I think all the usual 6A suspects will make it for sure).

How are panels decided? And how do you know which bands are in which panels?

I feel like Vista is solidly in the finals. I think Westlake has a decent shot (similar to Rouse, Hendrickson, maybe Leander). I think the top 10-11 are pretty predictable.

This is same as my list except I have Westlake and Hendrickson flipped from your list.

I think Hendrickson is so fun to watch….I really hope they make finals because I HAVE TO SEE THAT AGAIN!!

Does anyone know how finalist order is decided?

Only a few surprises in the finalists….was very surprised to see Leander take 3rd in AAA.

Mine is similar, I have Rouse and Hendrickson flipped and round rock and Bowie flipped.
