Well, you can use the personal message feature. That's as close as it'll get, they should get a pop-up notification of their message.

It could be an off day for those corps, for him to be on in the afternoon.

Atleast it isn't some crazy stretch like Signs, where water was the aliens weakness, though our planet is probably 2/3's water, and water vapor practically exists everywhere in our atmosphere with humidity and what not.

I don't like the ferling book because everyone uses it for lessons so just about every sax player has alraedy played the etudes
I'd imagine most of the people who actually got through the book properly would be upperclassman though, who naturally would have an edge anyway. Most freshmen don't really get too exposed, and most Sophomores know some of the etudes but not all, atleast in my general area.

Great.. Santa Clara went down another slot, and the gap between the Cavies and Cadets widens..

JSU keeps on seeming to beat the Crossmen in many contests, yet they can't even hold a decent linear or a straight line. It's frustrating.

I thought the Drill went along with the theme well though, if the closer was worked on alot more, their scores would go up. There was alot of stuff to do with the theme though, such as all the Communist Symbols, 1917, 1991, and the USSR for example. There was something else but I'm probably failing to mention it.

Atleast the Saxophone music is back out of the Ferling book. Last year's music was incredibly easy, and a good deal of mediocre players would be able to play it, without putting any time or effort in it at all, putting alot of variables in some of the judging room.

Roughly 250 I'd say, we're 5A.

I completely agree with Dynasty about the Crossmen. They should have been in finals, or atleast have beaten JSU.
I really loved the Blue Knights, they had really cool drill, especially the part where they brought the battery upfront. They should of been ranked a little higher then what they got.
On the other hand, I didn't like the Cavaliers show that much, some of the Trumpet soloing was cool, but other than that, it didn't excite me musically. I really liked the drill however, and they deserved a first place with their drill being outstandingly clean.
U think one of the better Corps that night was Madison. They really impressed me, and deserved the ranking they got, If not they should have gotten third. I didn't like the Blue Devils at all. They have good marching and sound, but I was really bored with their performance.

Honestly, I thought SCV had the best sound from San Antonio, but we all look at different things.
As for the Caviliers, I didn't like their show in general, but alot of the drill was great, really clean, and I think that's where they get most of their points.

Are these averages of all previous contest scores?

it's basically the more people there are, the higher chance for people to be talented. So eventually in the course of events, higher classifications will have a greater edge over the lower ones.
