So I’m guessing Bell and Trinity will not be performing in exhibition?

Im pretty sure that prosper will do pretty ok with the changes. I have faith in them!

Wes does design Bell’s show I believe. He started back with Bell back in 2015

But honestly I think we are really in for a treat from LD Bell. I just saw their show from their Thursday night game. And they are not the bell that have been on that field in the past few years.

I honestly wanna see Hebron in first place.

I just realized that there’s a school from Arkansas in this contest and BOA has them performing EARLY!

Which is why they do really well in UIL!

Especially since a huge percentage of their band are 6A all state musicians and several all area and region musicians

Another thing I may add is that in SA for prelims they have 2 separate judging panel while GN has one for prelims then semis then finals

I would also love to see Bell try to make it back up the ranks soon

Ik!! I’m actually a LD Bell alumni myself.

Who knows what will happen this year. I’m kinda hoping there could be an underdog this year that be close to winning that nobody will expect... but that’s just me

Wow looking at those scores for a moment. Still hard to believe a band making 88 did not qualify to make finals still amazes me

I believe so. In 2018 there was 89 bands attending BOA San Antonio. But for GN 109 attended 2017- GN 100 SA- 68 2016- GN 100 SA 63 So seems like each year SA gets larger and larger and obviously more competitive like crazy each year. And GN dropped alot this year and each year it really only gets interesting if TX bands attends. :/

I see what you are saying. But that would not be very effective just because in BOA bands can easily pick which regional too attend. Such as the DFW and the WACO regional, I believe a couple bands are doing both? And for bands out of state wont do that mainly cuz BOA SA isnt just only for texas bands.
