There's a live blog on the home page of txbands of all the boa comps running today! I know it's no Viewfromthebox but I've always enjoyed what the txbands bloggers have to say.

As someone went to this contest when it was almost just the Mansfield schools, it's nice to see this much competition here.

I wondered where the 5A captions were for a second...

We'll have to see. I believe the last spot of finals is between Summit, Lake Ridge, McKinney Boyd, Trinity, and Pearce. This contest is just so stacked it depends on judges preference and how each performance goes. I'm sure all bands will do very well, but this is a tight competition and you need to be stellar to make finals.
