TX Suh-nare Posted November 2, 2006 Report Share Posted November 2, 2006 The white is a good look, but it's kinda hard to imgine a Phantom Regiment in spotless white getups. When I first saw them way back in yesteryear, they were in the all black FJMs, and man, those black uniforms sold the show for them. They fit perfectly with a PR image. bandman1994 Posted November 2, 2006 Report Share Posted November 2, 2006 The Khaki is a nod back to the early days of PR (70's and early 80's) . They suited them pretty nicely back in the day. White was a great color (or lack ther of) at the time because not a lot of corps were doing the all white. But nothing compares to the first time I saw them come on the field in a block of BLACK!!!! I loved that homage to their early years, something about that updated classic just hit it off great for me. Not a fan of their black uniforms, sorry. I loved the show, just not the uniforms! BLACK is the way to go. Nothing was more intimidating or more spellbinding to the audience than seeing that mass of black on the field.
