UIL Area B 3A

I think it's gonna be the usual suspects in this Whitesboro, Holiday and Howe. I don't see 4 teams making it from this Area. I see this Area possibly adding Commerce and maybe a few others in the 26-27 school year.

I think there is a chance since they were one school away from 20 and Gunter seems to be having a better go this year than last year, so we might see 4 advance.

I saw a video of Whitesboro last week when they played North Lamar. Hard to judge based off Week 1

I think it’s going to be the same big 3 with Whitesboro, Howe and Holliday. If they get 20 to area I could see Grandview being in the 4th spot.

I pretty much agree with you here. Curious to see how Whitesboro does with what I believe is their 3rd band director in 3 years. Holliday seems to always push Whitesboro and Howe seems to always be a distant 3rd. Not sure Area B will take 4 to state this year since several of the Area B bands got moved to Area C last year. I think there is a chance Area B will grow next year and have a better chance of taking 4.

So, if more then 20 but less then 25 it will be Top 4 Go to State, if 25 then it will be 5. Either way 10 will go to Area Finals.

Just looked it up, looks like 3 Regions are left but none of them have a 3A Band. So, 4 Bands will go to State from Area B.  1 more could have made it 5.

I think Whitesboro, Holliday and Howe are the usual suspects in Area B that advance. The fourth is a toss up because lots of bands are all kind of right there together and don't really stand out over another.
