Notable competitions for this week would probably be Royse City, Birdville, and Propser. First 2 probably would be the easiest to go to.

maybe i may be overhyping berkner, maybe theyre peakin a bit early, but i'm still putting them with the rockwalls or dvilles of the world until my opinion is changed

So that is actually wrong. Region is on the 15th of October and has been on my calendar as such since May. I just checked and they still haven't changed it. Area UIL contest is on a Saturday but that is on the 25th so I have 0 idea where you got the 18th from.

Ok my mistake, that is a different region that what I'm looking at, the region with the Richardson schools, Waxahachie, and D-ville is on the 15. That is on me sorry y'all.

Richardson may not even make finals, I would be shocked if they place above 8th. If Berkner is making top 4 to get a slot at state then they are getting 4th

Most likely Forney. I haven't seen Richardson this year but I've seen most of the other bands, and I don't see Richardson jumping from 9th to 2nd

Rockwall is doing pretty well but still 2nd is pretty high for them as well. I haven't seen rockwalls show but last they are got 5th

Rockwall 2nd would make more sense,though their show this year isn't as solid as last years. I see them making state but most likely they'll place 3rd or 4th

Things happen, last year people didn't see sachse in the top 7 and they won area

Yeah but looking at how they've done this season I wouldn't see then placing close to where they did last year. I do see Heath surprising a lot of people this year though

Wax definitely gets 1st, last year was definitely just because of all the weather and bull crap with all of the areas considering they placed like 10-12 places above Sachse 1 week later
