After seeing the results from region 27, 6 state qualifiers really doesn't seem out of them realm yet actually 15 making it to area from 27, but it could be kind of hard since only 12 I believe made it through from 23 last year. Hopefully to not jinx it but I truly think 5 state spots is pretty much guaranteed.

In Region 23, if the bands that made 1's last year make 1's this year, I think we're good for 5 state spots.

UIL Area I Final Prediction 

1. Bridgeland
2. Seven Lakes
3. Jordan
4. Cy-Fair 
5. Cypress Woods
6. JET
7. CInco Ranch
8. Tompkins
9. Cypress Ranch
10. Katy 
11. Langham Creek (first out)

After Jordan successfully making 1st at the Gulf Coast Classic and surpassing Clear Brook, I’ve decided to put Jordan into the top 3. Seven Lakes and Jordan could switch, but it 50/50 right now 

I also want to note that JET placed 7th at BOA Waco, surprisingly finishing ahead of several 6A state contenders such as Timber Creek and SFA.
