Oooooh, me too!

Our flute shirts are very pink and they say "Flutes kick brass". We had to go get it approved, and we thought that our (mostly brass players) directors wouldn't, but Mr Brandon just laughed. I'm trying out on picc again- I obviously need to work harder. I kinda slacked off during marching season... whoops. What kind of piccolo do most of y'all play on? (Out of pure curiosity) I play on a Hammig (solid silver mechanism) with a wave headjoint. Man, I have some stories..... including why you should never sit on your piccolo...

While I am not saying that I do not think that other bands had hard drill, I do know that this was some of the hardest drill I personally have ever done in my four years marching. Our starting tempo was 174 and our final (last part of the 3rd part) was at 186. We do feel that we did very well on this drill, but we cannot change the judges' scores. Good job to everyone there. I enjoyed the shows that I saw.
