thank you! as much as we would all have loved to go to state, we're pretty content with how we did we came off that field as the happiest people ever and congrats to all the bands from Area b, it was all good

yes, but then it wouldnt be worth it as much it would mean so much more to say that we did better than some of the top 5 bands in the state, and the state year before, we didnt even make it into area finals, then to say we made it to state through an easy area contest

haha, yes I would like to know too. we've already made our statement this year, but if we went to state by some odd chance then it would just be glorious

definitely agreed. except for hebron I would swap it for richland I think, Ive been hearing phenomenal things about them... but Ihavent seen them yet so I dont know. but you are definitely right, it is going to be a hardcore throwdown....i definitely see this as being one of those 'tenth of a point' type contests

ha yeah, crazy good bands its gonna be a killer contest though no doubt and Im starting to look up and think we can get this done we just have to start working like no other

hows that mansfield losing to flowermound by one tenth of a point! oh well, im happy flowermound is pretty ballin, to quote one of my friends and it may not have been our cleanest show but there was a different energy level on the field unlike any other was crazy

LD bell is just sad to me, I saw them at HEB and yeah theyre fantastic but seriously? their book was really really weak a lot of rolls. thats about it. there were a few spots where I thought, hmm thats nifty, but overall i was pretty unimpressed but what they play is reallll good so props to them for that. richland were the ones that made me wonder how they got those sounds out of their drums. amazingness
