How do you have it so early? They announce what the music is at the TBA convention in July.

I am just saying that yes, everybody has forgotten about it.

2 things. 1. Money - its a known fact that most good shows nowadays are being written by known composers, and some bands just cant afford such drill/music. 2. Apathy - If the band director/staff doesnt have the willpower to write good music/drill themselves, or for that matter, raise a well-taught band.
