    Now that im looking is there a penalty for bands that wear capes to cover there marching? I see that mount pleasant has capes or jackets that make it impossible to see there marching while there backfield…

    Definitely dont see that in their band sorry.. Ive seen shows like North m, Poteet, Lc, And even west with harder drill…

    West mesquite DID get 1st in prelims there was an error in the announcement they got there award later i think. they just moved down in finals

    West mesquite did get best in class in prelims but there was in error and they announced it incorrectly. West director was talking about it after the announcements. Also probably why they took so long announcing scores

    The reason that west mesquite looks unclean in this run is because this is their alternate group “grays”. half of the band is divided into oranges-competitive spot , Grays - march one game. This was the grays run and it wasn’t as good as the competitive spots run they’re usually way cleaner than this!! Just wanted to clear this up.!

    If im being honest i feel like north is experiencing a downfall they still seem like they will make state but there marching seems inconsistent among the group. Also Kaufman seems more inconsistent this year . Poteet sounds great and i believe they a good chance at first this year. haven’t seen hp or mount pleasant so i cant really give an opinion. West sax solo sounds great and also the band seems louder and more energetic still need a little more effort and improvement tho. Lc sound amazing and also seem great. excited for this area this year My predictions are 1.) Poteet 2.) Lc 3.) north 4.) west 5.)mp 6.)kaufman 7.) Hp 8.)red oak 9.) marshal 10.) terrel

    Seems like their guard tripled, amazing to see them pull that off in just a year. Sax solo definitely sounds amazing and loving the little remixes, curious about all the people on the field tho do they all have shadows?
