If I had to guess, here’s my prediction for who will make finals in random order: Marcus Coppell Lone Star Prosper SLC Wylie Braswell Wakeland McKinney Rockwall Forney McKinney North The last 3 I would put on the bubble with RockHill, Bruleson Cen10, and Lebanon Trail, but this is my initial thoughts.

Something I’ve noticed, on the participating bands it does not list Greenville. But when I checked the band website, they still very clearly have it on their calendar. Just something I noticed.

Dang that really sucks. I really like watching them especially during finals. Hope they have an amazing prelims run though.

Don’t get me wrong, I love McKinney North, I’m just keeping my options open. I think they can make finals, but I’m definitely a person who knows anything can happen. My mindset is BlueCoats 2024 😂(change is everything)

I think the thing with Rock Hill was that they were very hyped up to make finals last year. I’d say they’re on the bubble to make finals again, but they got as good a shot as anyone competing.

I think it’s a solid list. My only problem is where to put McKinney North. Assuming they do another Jazz show I think they could fall anywhere from 10th to just outside finals like last year. I feel like it’s a solid list though

Also someone who added was the first out of state band. Lake Hamilton from Arkansas is attending.

Now this is gonna be interesting. Watching them at Area they seem like a band who has real finalist potential, just depends on their show. Cant wait to watch them.

They’ll probably come out either by the end of this week or next week. Have patience (know I’m also eager to find out when I get to watch things on Box5)

Interesting for both these bands. I feel like this will be good for Braswell as a way to make an early statement. As for McKinney North this could be really good because it’s at the same stadium for area and a good way to show where they stand early on.

Listening to both them and Bloo I definitely think they both sound great. I just think initially Boston had just a little bit more to offer. But that’s just me
