Why is that?

My predicitions 1) Cy Woods (they deserve their win from last year) 2) Bridgeland (isn't as competitive as past years) 3) Cy Fair (cool props, don't know much about the show) 4) 7 Lakes (really cool show. wasn't expecting from 7L 5) JET (visual effect is really cute) 6) Jersey Village (has potential, better than past years, may pull another year like aurora and end the season with a bang) 7) Cy Springs (cooking lowk, cool dms) 😎 Katy (haven't seen much but usually good) 9) Jordan (again haven't seen much0 10) Paetow (I personally think the show is really cool)

there was definitely a better way for it to be handled. JV marcher here, and I feel like while we may have an advantage, the judges obviously know what all is happening and they should score accordingly

I play the flute currently, but after my first year of marching band and learning about DCI, I would love to learn the baritone/euphonium so that I can march DCI this summer possibly.

I can't decide if I want to invest in a new flute. I currently have a professional, full silver, yamaha flute that is passed down from my mom. However, because it is pretty aged, it breaks quite often. I have taken it to be repaired and talked to the sales person about replacement options, but he said that I should just keep this one for as long as I can. I am currently in high school and have not decided if I would like to continue band in college. I also play piccolo and was thinking about purchasing my own pic, but I don't know if I should just get a new flute instead. Any suggestions?

Has anyone gone an read all of the submitted predictions? The variation in placement is is shocking to me. Going to be a very eventful Saturday.

Yes we will at least have 10 finalists.

I am like 99% sure that if there is 4 state spots it is 10 finalists. I think it goes down to 8 if there is only 3 state spots.
