What Bands Are You Excited To See And Hear This Year?

Competition season has just officially started for a lot of bands, so I’m curious to see what bands people are excited to see/wish they crossed paths with! 

I’m very excited that this year is already off as a strong season for so many. So many bands I wish I could see early on, but there’s only so much time in a day!

The top 5 Bands that I haven't seen yet (online or in-person) but am excited to see are the usual suspects and one new comer:

CTJ - always innovative and well rehearsed
Flower Mound - wonderful asthetic and lush sounds
Hebron - one of my favorites each year
Lebanon Trail - new, exciting, and promising
Marcus - wonderful sound

Dawson is a band I look forward to hearing every year, the pure amount of musicianship and talent they bring to the field is unparalleled and quite simply, the are nothing short of perfect. Everytime I go to a competition and see dawson preparing to go out on to the field, I do a little dance and squirm around in the bleachers because I know what im about to hear will change my life. Even though dawson didnt make state last year (but we did this year and got 2nd at area suckers) they are still in my eyes better than any other band or drum corps in the entire world. Oh the joy that Dawson brings me.
