Forums/Website taking a long time to load?

We are aware that the website can be extremely slow and sometimes even time out when you try to load a page.... its pretty irritating, I know.

 

Basically this is all the result of that power outage in Los Angeles a few days ago, where our host, DreamHost, is located. To make a long story short, the back-up power generators that would have supplied power to all of the tenents where DreamHost is located, failed. Therefore, all the servers, equipment, coffee machines, died.

 

They are still working out a ton of kinks on their end... be patient! (If you think its slow, try to compile a list of everyone's predictions and edit them! Only 5000 of those!)
