Based on recent performances, I’d place Cinco Ranch above Tomball, with Tomball below Katy. Jersey Village seems appropriately ranked for now, given their showing at Battle at the Berry. Cypress Ranch could potentially rank above Cypress Springs, but based on their consistent 11th or 12th place finishes (during area over these past few years) , I’d still place them below Jersey Village for the time being.

Well, we saw it as a big accomplishment, and we are really excited. We recently had a talk about what the scores mean to us and how we should view competitions. If ANYBODY is dragging other bands we don't tolerate that.

We were mainly happy that we got the placement we got, what really motivated us was a certain run through we had that was not our best.  After all scores are based on somebodies opinion and our performance. This morning we were mostly drained lol. Lots of love from 7L though, we can recognize how much work everyone is putting in! ❤️

A very fascinating set of judges here. I'm interested to see their opinions on what each band has on the field. I think we could see a very similar set of ideas across the panel due to most of them having significant experience working with and participating in marching band and drum corps.

67 lakes just came off an impressive showcase at BOA South Houston - getting 2nd place and even stealing the music caption from The "Big P" (Pearland). 

I believe that jordan is strong contender for 2nd place though, similar to Cinco and JET. But if Jordan wants a chance to go back to back in the Katy cup they need to turn their show around over night. Seven lakes and JET visually cleaner than them. CInco and seven lakes are GE machines.  AND the Music caption could go 4 ways. 

But we will see come Saturday!

IMO the top 3 is locked with seven lakes jordan and cinco. No hate to JET or Tompkins kids I just think the 3 have really strong programs this year.
