Katy was ridiculously stormy for the first week of drill so it's possible they had less outdoor rehearsal time due to lightning, I wouldn't base my predictions off of a parent preview performance just sayin....

Yeah i know that's why i said its way to early to tell, it is just a goofy early prediction.

Yeah we had a couple of lighting issues but our director said Katy had it much worse than us.

Cinco definitely improved from the last game! They just need to keep cleaning drill, I wonder when they’ll have the next part in. Also does anyone have the video for seven lakes?

From what I’ve seen from most bands most early problems are gonna be visual ones. It’s mostly trying to get people used to getting used to the field. However Cinco still looks great.

Seven Lakes usually doesn’t perform their UIL show during football games. Instead, they do a spirit show, so we won’t see it until BOA South Houston. :(

Ohhhhh mysterious

I was speaking with a member of the 7L band apparently they'll be performing the show after the game against cinco this week.

Of the schools I've seen at this point in the season these are my bubbles

1. Bridgeland

2. 7 lakes, Cy woods, and Cy fair (I haven't seen any of these bands but I assume they're still comfortably in this range)

3. Langham Creek, Jordan, and Cinco (These bands all look pretty clean visually for this point in the season, I think how good their music is will play a big factor)

4. Jersey village (have a very clean sound but also an easy show from what I've seen)

So far I've only seen Bridgeland, Jordan, Cinco, and Jersey village

Bridgeland: Clean, focusing more on visuals, they have a LOT of Choreo like an exhausting amount from what I've heard.

Jordan: Big sound, clean drill, can't say much past that, sound isn't the cleanest

Cinco Ranch: Good show from what I've heard everybody is working hard to try and make the step to state after last years bad luck. Not sure if the show design will live up to lemons but the work from the band will surely make up for it!

Jersey village: Pretty easy music their percussion looks strong compared to the overall skill of their band, I've only seen them perform from a sideline POV so I can't speak too much on visuals but their sound was very clean and organized, not very loud tho

Tompkins has really improved since last year. That last state spot is getting tight, lots of strong shows this year!

Uh oh...

Interesting. This week we have been focusing on the bone stick outs.... It was awful the past 2 wees the top band was wincing when we were watching it.
