Thanksgiving was great. I hope everyone else had a good thanksgiving. We had 8 people(including me and my mom) in my tiny barbie doll sized house. It was so hard to manuever anywhere. The kitchen was a mad house. And once we started eating, I was full after my first plate. dannng. But it doesnt matter. Ill be eating thanksgiving dinner leftovers for the rest of this week! Woo! I heard stories about black friday...and i think its freaking insane. Apperantly some guy in New Jersey got trampled to death?!?? And then a pregnant women(i dont know where this was) was pushed and she had a miscarriage?! Maan, people are ravenous, bloodthirsty beasts on Black Friday. I almost find it unbelieveable. =/

Park and bark just doesnt seem like a very nice way to put it in my opinion. It sounds kinda harsh. Barking infers it didnt sounds good, or atleast to me it does, and thats a bit offensive. We do halt a few times, but that doesnt mean we're just halting and blasting the crap out of it. They are our "moments" and it'd be appreciative if you didnt "downgrade" it like the way you put it. We try really hard to make it sound good but at the same time play loud. Its not impossible to sound good and play loud. So barking just in my opinion, wouldnt be the best way to put it.

Hmmm, ill have to go with connally and vista. im only hearing good things about them.

this is the compitition iv been looking forward to all season. ahh man im jumping out my skin waiting for it to come. oh, Churchill is playing Medea? Hmm. This will be very interesting indeed.

Gosh, i swear, were we like the only band that didnt get to see anyone elses? Its a bit discouraging, i would really like to see some other great shows. congrats marcus, great job as always. and to all the other bands too, also much congrats, even though i didnt get to see it, im sure everyone did a magnificent job. Oh wait, i DID get to see a little of winsborro. they were like the only 1A school i think? They have a very nice show from what i saw though.

I am so super excited for westlake. I havent seen Bowies show yet but i kinda want to. I havent been able to see many shows. At arlington, right after our performance, we left for lunch and got back just in time to hear prelim announcements and who made finals. they wouldnt let us off the buses for some dumb reason. And then after our finals performance we kinda just stood around and chatted but we didnt like go back and watch the other bands. I saw marcus's props probably cause theyre like 10 feet tall lol, but sadly thats about it. So hopefully when we go to westlake, i will be able to see many more performances. So im phyched. :] Iv been hearing a lot about connallys show(cause i have a friend from there) but i havent gotten the chance to see it. I hear theyre show is real good this year. I hope i get to see it. I remember seeing Ourspace, and that was a great show. Excited to see what they have in store this year. And id like to welcome them also to 5A this year. Im sure theyll go far. :] anyway, thats my 2 cents about everything. lol See you all thats going this saturday, best of luck to everyone!

Alright then well i would like to REPHRASE what i said. I PERSONALLY think our show is great. I think the rest of our band loves it to. I also think the audience will greatly enjoy it. Ok, is THAT better? Cause i really dont want to start something stupid.

and what exactly is that supposed to mean? Like i said, it was MY opinion not yours. You take it as you want to. Dont live up to what im saying. Judge when you see it. but you dont need to give a smart remark just cause i made sound like all that & a bag of chips. Sorrrry.

Look, I didnt mean to start anything when I said I thought our show was going to amazing. If people are going to start getting on my case about it, when just forget I ever said it. She asked if the show was what we were expecting or more. I was just putting out my opinion, but that doesnt mean everyone has to or will agree with me. So uh yeah, sorry if I started anything with that.

Our freshman are....so-so. Off down lock is still like a ripple effect and thats bugging me...and you think that by the 3rd day some people would GET IT, but i guess its just not getting across to some of them. Not to mention, a handful of them dont listen so we end up doing rep after rep after rep. And its starting to get on peoples nerves to say the least. After repeating the instrustions like 5 times, you would think everyone would have gotten it...but no. *sigh* Other than that... the show = holygeewilikersohmyfreakinggosh AMAZING. Our show is gonna like..melt some faces. Either that or our sound is going to kill the audience. Or cause them to go deaf. One of the other. I mean just PLAYING it in rehersals gives me like a complete rush. And you can tell everyone else is feeling it to by the looks on their faces. Needless to say, I am PUMPED for the contests and compititions to start up.
