Coronado High School (El Paso) in 2004 had something like 1,1,2,2, and 13 out of 15 bands at the Area A competition. They barely squeaked into state that year tying with Bel Air High School.

Good luck as enigma is certainly not the easiest piece. We played 6 of the movements for UIL and got 1's, and we are adding some more for recordings.

Were the state finals after TOB? Because if so, that doesn't mean the other bands could not have gotten better in the same time period. That is like comparing your playing as a senior to when you were a freshman.

We Played Commando March Noisy Wheels of Joy and Enigma Variations, mvts:1,4,5,9,11,and 14. We are adding 2,3,12,and 13 for honor band recordings.

I agree with the rankings, but I would have liked to see Americas moved up to second.
