I loved performing most of UR, but my favorite show another band played would probably be The Woodlands.

haha right on the YAMAHA on side 1 too but at least he didnt fall, roll around for a while, then run to their spot during the hold and keep their horn down the rest of the movement...then have to use a wheel chair after the performance. what a way for a senior end their last season of marching band, wouldn't you say?

i think the directors at middle schools look at the lips or whatever of the kid trying out instruments and "suggest" they play a certain one. bigger lips on tuba/euph and thinner lips on trumpet and medium on french horn. i know i was almost forced on french horn...
