They changed the format this year. The top 14 scoring bands, regardless of classification will advance to the final competition. • A maximum of 7 Katy ISD bands may advance to finals. • The top 7 and lower 7 advancing bands to finals will perform in their pre-drawn order starting with the lower 7 advancing bands and concluding with the top 7 advancing bands.
