Thanks. I was curious, since the rankings sometimes vary so much from judges to judge.

Newbie question here…do the judges in each category look at different components of that category? What I mean is, in Marching, does Judge 1 look at, let’s say, band formation and Judge 2 look at color guard? And then the same in Music…each judges look at a different component of musicianship? I hope my question makes sense.

All the kids mingling at the end put such a smile on my face. Such good sportsmanship, congratulating and lifting each other up, regardless of whether they advanced or not. Loved it 😍

I’m really happy for Wylie. They were so excited. I’ve seen them in a few comps now and this was well deserved.

I didn’t get to see McKinney High’s performance, but really surprised they didn’t make finals.

Newbie here! Been lurking this whole season, but only just made an account. Hello everyone! I’ll be there in and out all day. My son’s a percussionist with McKinney Boyd. Not sure if we will make the finals (I’m hopeful!), but I might stay for them either way. Vicariously reliving my old Berkner band days via my son 🤣
