"It's actually pretty unlikely Mark Higginbotham arranged 1994 because he was a student in the band in 1993." Not true. Higginbotham graduated in 1988. He is in his early forties. His first arrangements were for Cy-Falls HS in 1992. It was the music of the movie "Hook" We arranged together in 1993 for Cy-Fair HS.
