Home (Ft. Hood)

There is life after band. Granted not that good of one, but it is still there sort of. I'm also sitting in my office after work hours, posting on a Band related website, almost 5 years out of high school. But to be totally honest, I like the fact that I have become a spectator rather than a performer because: No hard work. I sit on my **** and just soak it in.(wishing I had some beer, and yes I would get tanked at BOA...but no streaking............till finals) While I was in band, I was some what active in my church youth group and various things here and there when I remembered when the club meetings were. Nine times out of ten I just didn't care. I knew what was ahead of me so I didn't need to pump up my collage applications nor a resume.

I know that I'm in a different environment all together, however, I see push ups as a great reminder that things went wrong. When I correct my Soldiers and make them do pushups or flutter kicks, they get sore and remember, "My arms and abs hurt, I won't be late again."
