Fortisimo
Alright, I know what you're thinking- that is, that I was bashing slow songs and whatnot, yet here I am releasing one, but the fact of the matter is that this proves my point that songs must have passion and climactic points. This song isn't very long nor very complex, but I like it and I hope you do too. So, without further introduction, I present to you A Tragic Ostinato: Desolation http://rapidshare.de/files/12117393/Tragic...lation.mp3.html
davidpowell
Ok, so your slow pieces don't suck, but Debussy's and Mahler's do. Not pretentious at all. Anywho, about the piece. It sounds REALLY rushed. You could have done SO much more with it. It almost felt like it just kind of, got there, it didn't take you somewhere in getting to the climax. Not bad, but quite rushed. Fortisimo
I agree; of course, keep in mind I wrote it in just over an hour's time, so... yeah. Thanks though.

Fortisimo
Thank you. Oh, and I've decided to integrate this (with a few touchups) into my show in progress, so watch for updates on the show.
