Toasted Almond Posted August 26, 2023 Report Share Posted August 26, 2023 What methods do you folks use to move your cases of plumes? Do you use the little plastic dollies that come with them? Just plain old carry them around? Use a cart or wagon? Do you take them to football games / contests in something other than the 63-tube cases they are stored in? Just looking for ideas or ways that might be better than what we're doing right now.In our program, the chaperones handle pluming and de-pluming the kids. Our plumes are transported in their cases on the buses with us and the kids, so we either have multiple people each carrying a case, or we have used a collapsible wagon as well. The plumes used to go on the truck, but we actually had the truck guys forget to load them once - like literally we were driving off and there was a little stack of plume cases sitting all by it's self in the middle of the parking lot 😆 - so we've just brought them with us on the buses ever since. But they're bulky and cumbersome and sometimes we have to trek a good distance from the buses to where we're actually going to plume the kids. Any creative things you all are doing?
