US Bands Baytown Showcase (Sept. 23)

Scores from tonight, close scores between Brazoswood and Clements. Clements won visual effect while Brazoswood won the other captions. Clements took a hit in individual marching but got credit for ensemble marching (forms, cover downs, etc.). Clements music was good as usual. Brazoswood had really good music and a great euph solo. One thing to note is that Brazoswood had their full show out while Clements did not have their closer. Overall, very close and great performances from both!

Brazoswood did not have their full show they actually have one more part to add still !!

Oh interesting, it seemed like the end of their show was the closer. Exciting to see how it turns out.

Interesting cause their last show was already 7+ minutes so wouldn’t another part cause them to go overtime?

That does make sense but Ik they are still learning one more part because I have a friend who goes there and he tells me everything lol but I’m guessing they will go over time 🤷‍♂️

Any way to see the full score sheets? Id love to see how the points were earned. I was pleasantly surprised by this competition. So many great bands that Id never seen perform. Barbers Hill was really great- such nice playing!

I think the first minute was preshow, which doesn't count.
