Yes, so far I think they have had one of the strongest performances. So so good.

Clear Lake sounds great. Huge sound for a medium sized group. The tone and fullness at the top and bottom of the dynamics is impressive. And they have wonderful soloists.

I’m just so happy to see the level of excellence with every group. It used to be so predictable who would place in the finals, or make state. But there are so many deserving programs now. Marching band is alive and well in south Texas!
