Churchill and Reagan have gone down a lot over the last few years. I would not agree that they are in the "lock" for finals. Round Rock has devised a very BOA oriented show this year, I would say they are more likely to make finals than Churchill or Reagan. Same with Westlake, I think they're more likely to make finals. I wouldn't even put Pflugerville or McNeil in the running.
Both Churchill and Reagan have gone down but they are both rebuilding their programs after major staff changes in the past few years but doesn't mean they are not going to making finals i mean name a year either of them hasn't made finals at SA?
