After one of my top groups won the BOA Grand National Championship Saturday night, I am ready to get rolling for next year. It may be early, but that's how I roll. No rest!

Winston Churchill High School is actively searching for a full-time colorguard director for the 2011-2012 school year. Duties include management and direction of the daily colorguard class, after-school rehearsals, correspondence with the design team, oversight of uniforms and equipment, communication with guard parents, and recruitment from the middle schools throughout the year.
Experience in running a large colorguard program preferred. Choreography, dance, and design experience a huge plus.
