They just updated the map again. Now only Granbury and Aledo are leaving.

According to the TMEA/UIL alignment map we’re going to have a net loss of 2 bands, but that’s only if eagle mountain moves up to 5a. UIL hasn’t given them a classification, which I’m guessing is because they were extremely close to the cutoff number. If Eagle mountain stays in 4a, it’s completely possible to only have 4 state advancers next year.

Fossil Ridge Chisholm Trail and Paschal are now listed as 6a on the tmea alignment map.

Looks like Mansfield Legacy might come down to 5a. We’ll just have to wait for the official re-class list from UIL.

Has anyone heard Azles' show yet? Haven't heard much about them in this forum and I can't find any recordings.

Just went back to the draw order and it looks like they removed how many times they randomized the list, the date they did it, the time, etc. Very fishy🤨

Ok so from what I saw at Waco- Aledo isn’t guaranteed that 1 spot anymore Midlothian isn’t a one hit wonder Grapevine is consistently good Chisholm Trail and Creekview being 1 point apart makes the race for the 10 spot even tighter

Yeah. On the page it also said that they randomized the list 9 times to get this order. I thought that was a little weird.

Richland 5.Birdville 6.Grapevine (Should probably be at 5 but I'm just gonna wait until next week) 7.CH ( Apparently they're not as good now?? also lost to Grapevine at McKinney but scored higher if not the same as Grapevine in music.) 8-12. Cleburne, Saginaw, Creekview, Brewer, Fossil Ridge, Grandbury, Chisholm Trail (Bolded=more likley, everything else is in the bubble for making a 12 band finals) The race for the 10 spot lowk might be more cut throat than the race for state😭

Creekview just beat out Arlington Heights, Timberview, Summit, and Granbury. The scores at Mansfield are notorious for being wonky tho.
