That is a bit of a stretch, they have an easier percussion book for sure, but idk about winds.

Anything can happen though. I think there is a big gap between the top 2 and the rest of the top 6, but I can see anything happening between HP, Poteet, WM, and Lakeview. Same thing with Kaufman and NM. If any one of these bands have a dirty run and the other has a cleaner run, it'll be really close.
