    so the number of judges is still 5, however, they are more specific in terms of judging now: brass, ww, perc, visual ensemble, visual individual (field judge im guessing) i think the difference is that field judge because they reintroduced them this season. also percussion plays a larger factor in the scoring now compared to past years.
