Our band is going, I'm looking forward to this competition too.
-
I'm definitely biased, but very proud of Johnson's showing at this event. This is the school's first year in existence and their band is made up of only freshmen and sophomores. Despite that, they managed to put a competitive show on the field every week. Very anxious to watch them grow in the upcoming years!
I love their uniforms
-
And I'm quite happy for Marshall making finals for the first time in a couple years.
-
-
I also expect groups like Lebanon Trail, Mcallum and Midlothian to break into the top 12.
I find it weird a lot of people seem to under estimate McCallum this year. Ik they beat Drippings Springs at Cap City and even in topped Drippings Springs in Area.

Chruchill and Drippings Springs might battle for 1st but I personally think Churchill might be on top. I feel like 3-5 could be Sharyland, Brennan, or Anderson in any order tbh. I couldn't give an final placement of any of those 3 groups.
-
I was hoping Harlan would make state, so close
-
I feel the first in class finals thing would be better for smaller USBands competitions rather than larger ones
-
-
Since this is next week, anybody have predictions? I feel Churchill and Drippings Springs are definitely gonna come out on top
-
The competition this year has been the most competitive it's been in years.
-
Brandeis beating Hendrickson is kind of a big moment for NISD bands.

Hays I think will be going to USBands Liberty Hill along with Hutto and Brennan. Them 3 will most likely be the medalist. I know that's unrelated to TMC but for those who are wondering about Hays
