I predict either Westwood, Wiess, or Anderson taking it.

Watch out for Winston Churchill and Gelnn as well! Tom Glenn had been steeping it up and with a 4th place finish in Area H they could do be a big upset here!

I know Glenn! They're my sister school. They were getting really good but then Covid hit them really hard. Going off BOA San Antonio it seems Churchill got hit hard as well.

Tom Glenn finished 4th…with no scores above 4, and over 100 points off from the top 3 groups. They can’t overtake Westwood or Weiss.

Winston Churchill went from a 79.35 to a 74.00 in one season I don’t think they will be in contention for finals when they missed a similarly competed TMC

Winston Churchill got hit really hard by the pandemic numbers wise, but I still feel like they performed at really high levels. I think they will be fine, and should be comfortably in finals here.

Anderson is a sleeper right now. Early season in 2021 they performed at a higher level than I have seen from them in maybe a decade, but sadly they sort of fell flat late in the season. If they can keep that momentum going, they are going to do very very big things.

TMC was far more competitive last year than Vista Ridge has ever been

Honestly it's just not gonna happen. Westwood won with a 80.2, while Glenn got a 68.4 at BOA San Antonio and Churchhill got a 74.80. Keep in mind BOA San Antonio was more then a month after Vista Ridge. I could definitely see a finals appearance from both of them but, no way would they even get medal much less win the competition.

Tom Glenn has picked up Zack Travis. The man largely responsible for John Horn's landmark 2018 season and a big contributor to McCallum's 6th place finish at state this past year. I imagine this year will be a massive breakout for Tom Glenn High School.

I wouldn’t be so sure. They took James Bowies old director a while back and that didn’t shoot them to landmark success like everyone else thought they would. One good director does not a breakout year make. Let’s wait out and see.

Quite honestly seeing the difference in John Horn's program in 2017 versus 2018 (specifically in brass performance and visual execution) makes me think he has some tricks up his sleeve that will lead to a successful year. Whether it is a "breakout" year is certainly up in the air, but seeing how drastic the improvements have been from programs he has been attached to, I think some big things are in their future.

I go to Rouse and we played Glenn last week. I can vouch for you and say they are WAY ahead of last year. Though i'm not a huge fan of the show because I feel like its somewhat copying Leander 2016 but they should be able to slip into finals and possibly into top half.
