BandMark
This year, as in previous years, Mineola is the clear favorite for a three-peat. Whitesboro is clearly positioned for another medaling spot. The remaining spots are up for grabs. Holliday could grab a medalist spot, Queen City, Atlanta, Redwater.....on and on. My question is......does the reveal of the new breakdown in judging favor one band over another. Who has the better percussion, the better content, etc. The 6th an 7th judge now can change the trajectory of the results. Would love to hear other thoughts. J-Mike16
So apparently the new judging format for State only applies to 5A/6A this year. When you go to the State contest results for this year, only 5A/6A have the new format. 1A-4A still have the old format. Bandmanio

demtaters
Did anyone happen to screen record prelims or finals? If so, please send me a private message!
