Welcome BOA newcomer William J Brennan!  This band is in the NISD out of San Antonio and will be making their BOA debut in McAllen and Midland this fall.

Shouldnt have an issue making finals at either. Very strong band program that often goes under the radar.

Can’t wait to see them!

A few years ago they did a Scheherezade show, and while the drill was a little basic and somewhat sloppy, they played at a level that would have made finals at any BOA event outside TX save for nationals.

I do love Scheherazade. I’m looking forward to seeing a new band at BOA this fall!

Does anyone know when the schedule is going to be released?  It's odd that schedules haven't been released yet.

The directors have the schedule for McAllen. The others have not been released yet. Hopefully this week we will know the Austin schedule!  Then Midland should follow the week after. ??

love the growth we are seeing at this event - up to 27 bands coming out of Covid and a Nevada and a Colorado band - might have to make a road trip for this one

Braswell is a big wild card here. They actually have the old Park Vista director and a massive sound!

YES! Finally someone who shares my appreciation for Braswell. I've been hyping them up since they beat Lewisville at a competition in 2019, off to a great start this year too getting second at USBands Saginaw only behind a very strong BCent. Beat Birdville by a couple point too.
